Please note: The 2012 hSITE ARR coincides with Convocation Week at McGill University and the week leading up to Grand Prix weekend in Montreal. We encourage you to reserve lodging for you & your students as early as possible. We expect available space in the city will be tight.

For overnight lodging, we recommend McGill’s “New Residence Hall”, also the site of the event. (The NRH includes hotel amenities, as well as a morning meal.) Reserve directly with them, requesting the group rate for “hSITE ARR”.

Welcome to the hSITE Web Site

In October 2008, a Research Network entitled “Healthcare Support through Information Technology Enhancements” (hSITE) was launched at McGill University. The Network’s five-year agenda is backed by a $4,665,400 award by the Government of Canada’s Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), as well as contributions from partnered Canadian companies.

Developed in collaboration with major Canadian communications companies and healthcare organizations, hSITE will research and develop the key components of an IT infrastructure that can support the intelligence, dependability, ease of use, and flexibility needed to meet the demanding requirements of a clinical environment.
